PIN codes can still be used to unlock your Keybox 3 even without a smartphone. To ensure your account remains secure, use another phone to log in to your igloohome account. Delete your lock from your current account and pair it to a new account.
After you do so, please contact us as soon as possible and we will disable your old igloohome account. This will ensure that anyone who opens the account on your phone will not be able to access any functions on the app.
We also recommend that you use Android Manager or Find My iPhone to remotely lock your phone.
The Keybox 3 is designed with a USB-C jumpstart port at the bottom of the front panel. Connect a USB-A to USB-C cable to a power bank then plug it into the USB-C jumpstart port to provide sufficient power to allow you to key in your PIN to unlock the Keybox 3. For optimal experience, please unlock within 20 seconds after the keybox is powered up.
You can check the battery percentage in your lock settings on the igloohome app. A series of three descending tones will sound when the keypad is activated, together with red blinking LED will be shown on the status indicator.
The keypad security lockout feature might have been triggered. To deactivate it, simply unlock the Keybox via Bluetooth or wait out the lockout period.
The Keybox might have been locked manually if the unlock button has been pressed for 2 seconds, or the sensor might have been triggered while the Keybox was open. Simply key in your PIN code or unlock via Bluetooth before trying to shut the Keybox.
