Terms and Conditions
igloohome's Festive Celebrations 2018

1. These specific Terms and Conditions for the Festive Celebrations Lucky Draw ("Promotion Terms") are binding on all persons participating in the lucky draw organized, conducted and operated by igloohome Pte Ltd (“igloohome”).
2. The igloohome's Festive Celebrations' promotion will run from 15.11.2018 - 03.01.2019. (date inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. After which, the Festive Celebrations' Lucky Draw will commence on 04.01.2019 - 06.01.2019. All purchases made within the promotion period from participating outlets with eligible participation entries will be considered.
4. Entries submitted after 03.01.2019 will not be taken into consideration even if purchase was made during promotion period with a participating store or distributor.
5. For eligibility, purchase of an igloohome smart lock or lockbox (“Eligible Products”) must be made within promotion period from the igloohome online store or an official participating partner (as listed on the landing page) and details of receipt/invoice and a valid email address must be entered via form on the landing page (www.igloohome.co/festive-celebration) before closing date.
6. By participating in this lucky draw, you agree that igloohome can use any of the images, videos quotes submitted for the lucky draw on our website, marketing materials etc for promotional purposes.
7. Participants grant igloohome the rights necessary for distribution and public display of any content submitted as part of this lucky draw, including social media content, and hereby grants igloohome the perpetual right to exclusivity, royalty-free and without limitation to freely use, modify, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, translate, create derivative works from, alter and publicly display or publish any such intellectual property rights, for whatever purpose, in any form or medium, either on this website or elsewhere, whether promotional or in other activities or events arranged by igloohome, whether locally or worldwide.
8. Lucky draw winners are selected at the sole discretion of igloohome. No further changes can be made unless otherwise stated by igloohome.
9. Lucky draw winners are announced on 07.01.2019, before 2359hrs Singapore Time on landing page and via email.
10. All updates regarding prize redemption will be communicated to you by email at the email provided by you via the form on the landing page. Please inform igloohome through the igloohome Customer Service (support@igloohome.co) should there be any changes in your email provided.
11. The prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole.
12. When you redeem the prize(s), igloohome or its representative may require your personal information and the proof of purchase for the purpose of verifying your identity against the redemption. If you do not consent to such disclosure, you will not be able to redeem the prize(s) and it will be forfeited.
13. By purchasing any of the Eligible Products during the Promotion Period to qualify for the prize(s), you are deemed to give consent and authorization to igloohome and its staff, personnel or third-party service providers, contractors and/or other parties which may be sited outside of Singapore, for the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data for the purpose of prize redemption only.
14. The prize(s) may come in different colors and will be subject to availability. igloohome may at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice substitute or replace the prize(s) with any other prize of equal or similar value.
15. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) working days, the prize or prize notification will be invalid and the winner forfeits all rights to any prize. All decisions of igloohome are final and binding in all respects.
16. igloohome reserves the right to disqualify the winner after announcement due to ineligibility of the winner. igloohome is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.
17. Should there be any disputes, the final decision will be made by igloohome, and will be final and non-negotiable.
18. All information gathered will be used to verify the winners' eligibility and facilitate shipping will remain private with igloohome.
19. Targeted shipment of all prizes is Q1 of 2019. igloohome does not bear any responsibility for any shipping delays within and out of Singapore.
20. Should you win and decide to give the product to a 3rd party, the 3rd party is subject to the same conditions as listed in this document.
21. igloohome shall have no liability for any submission that is lost, intercepted or not received by igloohome.
22. igloohome reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or supplement any of the Promotion Terms and terms of service, at any time, in its sole absolute discretion and without prior notice.
23. Lucky draw winners consent to bearing any duties or taxes incurred at customs should the prize be subject to these charges at destination country.
24. Lucky draw winners consent to sending product back to igloohome at their own cost should they refuse to incur any charges the product is subjected to at customs. igloohome is not responsible for any other fees upon successful shipment of prizes.
25. igloohome is not the supplier of the prize(s) and is not obliged to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the supplier of the prize(s) for any reason. You accept the prize(s) as it is and subject to any terms and conditions that the supplier of the prize(s) may impose.
26. igloohome makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the prize(s). igloohome will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever arising in connection with the prize(s). If prizes require a warranty, lucky draw winners consent to taking it up with the supplier. igloohome is not responsible for any warranties unless it is an igloohome product.
27. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
