igloohome Showcases New Mortise smart lock and Smart Home Products at CES 2018
Company to exhibit smart solutions for property management at Sands Booth 40761

LAS VEGAS – January 9, 2018 – igloohome, designer of versatile smart access solutions, is pleased to announce its showcase at CES 2018. The company will exhibit its Deadbolt 02 smart lock, Keybox, new Mortise smart lock, and more throughout the duration of CES 2018, Jan. 9-12, in Las Vegas at the Sands Expo, Booth 40761.

The Deadbolt 02 provides users convenient keyless access to their homes, while the Keybox provides rental hosts a smart lockbox. Ideal for commercial and residential properties alike, the new Mortise provides keyless access in addition to access by keycards, keytags, or a physical key for flexibility.

igloohome’s smart access solutions are managed via PIN codes or Bluetooth keys, even offline, allowing for property management anywhere in the world. Start and end times for PIN codes and Bluetooth keys can be customized, each time securing the property after use. Permanent PIN codes can also be created.

Access logs are provided to master owners, so that the dates and times of visitor access can be tracked, for greater peace of mind. Other key features for all igloohome’s smart access solutions include a security lockout mode, low battery warning, and an emergency power supply. The Mortise and Deadbolt 02 also offer a tamper alarm.

Airbnb hosts can integrate their calendars with these solutions for the automatic generation of PIN codes for guests. igloohome also offers APIs and SDKs for project partners, such as hotel chains, allowing for the seamless integration of the access solutions into existing smart ecosystems. Further, igloohome’s innovative encryption technology allows its locks to work without Internet access, increasing reliability against Wi-Fi hacking.

Additional premium features of the Mortise smart lock include a fire sensor, volume adjustment, sensor re-lock, electro static discharge prevention, and an anti-panic exit system, in addition to an integrated handle.

igloohome’s CES showcase will also feature the Mortise with biometrics and other access control solutions for commercial properties. The brand will also debut its web dashboard, which allows for the control of multiple locks, allowing users to view, track, and manage access with ease.
